How do I know my size?
There are a few different ways to figure out your size. You can measure your nail beds width and them compare them to our standard size chart. You also have the option of ordering a size kit found in the extras section of the shop - size kits are useful when nail bed sizes vary from the the standard size chart.
Where do the nails ship from?
All handmade nails and products under the SHOP section of the website are shipped from Richmond, VA. All products under the MORE NAIL OPTIONS section are shipped from my various suppliers' warehouses in the US and China so shipping times may vary.
What is your shipping policy?
Ready-to-Ship Orders within the US ship in 2–3 business days, while international orders may take longer. Handmade sets will ship within the US ship in 10–14 business days regardless of shipping location.
Can I change the address on my order?
Customers can contact thenailbar@tippedoff.org as soon as they realize the mistake and as long as the package has not been shipped we can change the address.
What is the best way to remove the nails if I want to keep reuse them?
If you'd like to remove your nails for future use, cuticle oil, a glue remover, or soaking your fingers in warm soapy water will be the way to go. If you soak your pressed in acetone may compromise the quality of the nail for future use.
Can I customize my set?
Yes! You can set up a free customization one on one or leave your customization requests in the notes section of your order.
Do you take in person appointments for fitting and custom orders?
Absolutely, I am located in Richmond VA and willing to travel to deliver and fit sets. You can schedule a day and time by contacting me directly. I highly recommend if you are getting sets for you and your friends for a special event that you schedule a customization consultation.
How long do the nails last?
With proper application, press-ons can last 2-4 weeks. The trick is more glue, less pressure!
Return & Refund policy:
In the interest of sanitation we do not take returns or exchanges at this time.
If you receive a damaged set of nails, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. The customer service team will ask you to provide photos of the damaged nails to help assess the issue.
Please include your order number and contact information in your email and we will respond with 24 hours.

Please note that because the nails are handmade products, each set is unique and may have slight variations. Each set is made and packaged with care to avoid to minimize any issues arising from shipping.
